Meet the Founder
Patricia Pol
Patricia started her career in the natural products channel as the territory manager for a European skincare and homeopathic medicine brand in Argentina. She quickly realized that education was the key to driving sales. When the staff are educated about the products, they make better recommendations to customers, increasing basket size through cross-selling, upselling and personalizing the shopping experience.
After studying business in Argentina, she moved to New York and trained to become a licensed esthetician and massage therapist, and later became a doula and infant massage instructor. Her passion for healthy products for the entire family is what brings the brands we represent to the forefront.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with different brands as an educator, key account manager, national sales director and VP of Sales. This wide experience in sales and education brings a unique point of view to the strategies needed to grow a brand.
The name Beyond Business was born from the idea that the brands we represent could go beyond their objectives. We understand that success comes not only from working together but also from educating and training the sales team.
